At Bookdar, we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. Due to our fast-moving workflow, requests for cancellations or modifications must be made quickly.
While we understand that things can change, we carefully review each request. Please note that the options available for cancellations or changes depend on the order’s production or shipping status at the time the request is made.

Women’s fashion may be processed swiftly after an order is placed.
Once certain stages of preparation or shipment begin, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order.

How to Request a Cancellation

Bookdar is not responsible for delays or missing packages caused by incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
Orders in Advanced Processing
When an item has already been picked, packed, or scheduled for shipment, cancellation or modifications may not be possible.
If any flexibility remains, our team will explain what options are still available.
In some cases, the best solution may involve waiting for the delivery and following our Return & Refund Policy.
After Shipment
Once your package is with a carrier, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping provider, cancellation is generally no longer possible.
However, our team can assist you in understanding your next steps, including eligibility for a return once you receive the item.
