Order Processing Overview
Bookdar specializes in women’s fashion. As many items are made to order, fulfillment involves both handling time and shipping time.
After placing an order, the following steps typically occur:

Daily Order Cutoff Time
Our operational cutoff is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST), Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders submitted after this time will generally be reviewed the following business day. While placing an order before the cutoff increases the likelihood of same-day shipping, it does not guarantee immediate dispatch.
Weekends and public holidays may affect production schedules and carrier availability.
Handling & Transit Time Estimates

Bookdar offers a flat shipping rate of $6.99. This charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Taxes, duties, or any destination-specific fees, if applicable, are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.
Delivery Services
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to deliver shipments. The carrier selection depends on routing efficiency, parcel size, and regional coverage.
Once a package is in the carrier’s network, all tracking, movement, and delivery are handled by the chosen provider.
Tracking Information
Once available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. These updates are generated by the carrier’s system, and scan intervals may vary based on the route and operational conditions.
If your tracking appears inactive for an extended period, contact us, and we will assist with investigating the status of your shipment.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations. In this case, each item will receive its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.
